Objective :

EY was the technical consultant for a leading technology company. The company wanted to develop an app by integrating chat and social media app features. EY did a research by doing extensive quantitative and qualitative surveys with individuals across all demographic segments across all metro cities to understand the acceptance for the app integrating social media and chat features.

Our Methodology :

Identifying and recruiting heavy app users and conducting qualitative and quantitative interviews with the target group in Bengaluru.

Results :

EY along with its client developed an unique app by integrating chat and social media functionalities.
