Coca-Cola Case Study
Objective :
Coca-Cola wanted to do a feasibilty study to launch fizzy apple flavor drink branded as Fanta Apple to compete with Bovonto in Tamil Nadu.
Our Methodology :
Identifying and short listing retailers selling Bovonto and consumers regularly drinking Bovonto in Madurai, Tirchy ,Chennai,and Coimbatore and conducting quantitative surveys on acceptance of Apple flavored fizzy drink.
Results :
Coca-Cola launches Fanta apple in Madurai and Tirchy on pilot basis,it also decides to offer higher margin to retailers compared to Bovonto.
